Red Robin Gourmet Burgers (not kosher) is a chain of casual dining restaurants founded in 1969 in Seattle, Washington. They are known for their burgers and "Bottomless Steak Fries."  The secret to their fries is the Red Robin Seasoning Mix - sprinkle on the fries as soon as they come out of the oven or fryer.  We oven "fry" our potatoes as they are a healthier  alternative to the deep-fried version. Frozen steak fries are also good to use.

Ingredients:

3 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoon Telma Soup Mix - Vegetable flavored*
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions:

Combine the ingredients together in a small bowl and mix thoroughly. Store is a covered jar.

Notes:

Yield: 1/3 cup
